made on the analysis of visitor’s behaviour. Sydney has been taken as a destination to
motivate the visitors to visit the place by analysing their behaviour. Sydney is a capital of
New South Wales and the one the largest city of Australia.
At the beginning of the report, the tourist motivation theory will be discussed to
identify the reason to explore the city. After that, the discussion is made on the responsibility
of stakeholders to promote the place. Issues of the city will also be discussed that have a
negative impact on its success. At the end of the report, the methods and steps will also be
discussed to overcome the issues and beat the competitors.

Tourist motivation theory defines the two factors such as wanderlust and sun lust.
Wanderlust states the people who desire to explore the different places and want to go from
familiar to unfamiliar places, exploring the different culture and people (Blair, 2019). It has
been analysed that there are many festivals of Sydney which are popular for their speciality
such as vivid festival, New Year eve and many others. The celebration of these festivals

to influence the people is its strong relationship with the partners and investors. The
government build the strong relationship with the partners and investors so that they invest
huge amount in it to make its more attractive. Attractive designs and interiors of the city are
famous in the world and that can be influence the people to explore it (Mendiratta, 2009).
Agents also play the important role in motivating the people for the visit the places of
Sydney. Agents are the main stakeholders who are responsible to maintain all the activities of
