increasing its corporation. Standard of living among the citizens has increased. Also,
the government aimed at improving infrastructure by improving roads and railway
transport in the country. Thus, development can be seen in Vietnam after adapting
economic reforms but certain factors that still creates problem for the industry are:
Lack of investment funds:Both local and foreign investors depends on banks for
finances as Vietnam government is almost bankrupt. Also, corruption is up to serious
extent in government officials.

Vietnam's tourism face major problem in respect to hotels. Road networks between
some parts are very poor. The roads are in a very poor condition. Various tourist
destination suffers from flooding of roads. The railway system is very weak and is not
developed much which creates a problem for local people and tourists who visits. The
trains are still using steam engines which has become outdated. These factors
negatively affect the tourism industry in Vietnam as visitors are facing issues in
travelling to local places in country.

Inadequate business laws: The laws made by the government of Vietnam are very
confusing which results in investor's getting less confident about the deals they make
and that gets delayed
Because of which the country suffers from loss of development of property. So the
government must be clear in making laws as to make the place good tourist destination.
These factors affect the tourism in these destinations because people check for
appropriate facilities in the destination which they select for holiday. But because of
these issues Vietnam gets a loss of economy as tourism industry contributes a lot in the
overall economy growth of a country. So these factors needs to be considered fast as to
increase popularity and profit margin of the industry and economy of the country.
