INTRODUCTION
Resort management is defined as a practice of managing all different functional
responsibilities of the resorts. This report is based on the case study of the Seasiude Resort. The
organisation is operating at the global level. This project will discuss the various management
functions of the business venture in order to fulfilling all different business objectives of
company. Henceforth, report will emphasis on different types of resorts and the key features and
potential issues. Operational requirement for delivering all different functional areas will also
discuss in this project. All different packages offer by resort will also discuss in this project,.
Further, market research of a chosen customer to understand the need of each individual
customer will be discussed in this project. Proposed business plan will also discuss to maximise
the revenue of the organisation. Various recommendation over policies, initiatives and such like
of aspect will also discuss in this project.

Resorts are further segregated into multiple types and segment on the basis of the
characteristic of each individual resort. All these type demonstrate all different features
associated with the resort that fundamentally support the management to provide specific
services in every individual resort operate by the Seasiude Resort.
