The most complex step or problem in the decision-making process is to find out that why
decision has been made. The major problem in this case is the evolving of technology. After the
electronic toybox has introduced in the market, traditional toyboxes companies are forced to
produce such electronic toyboxes so that they can survive in the market for long run.

In order to make decision in this particular case, the solution for this problem can be solved using
various resources such as taking help from the employees working in the Information technology
department. It can also be solved by changing the policies of using the technology. These
resources such as people and documents helps in bringing new solutions and prioritizing the
actions while implementing the solution. These resources are in easy access and can work in real
life.

Alternative solution to the problem:
In order to solve this problem traditional companies should have also shift to electronic toybox
which is the first solution and the second solution is to manufacture such toybox which is not
electronic but have some attractive facilities which electronic toy boxes are not having. It is
obvious that if companies wanted to survive long term in the market then they has to come up
with different products and services.

The company toybox is for children use. The alternative methods for solving the problem
includes using the people of the company. The employees working in the information technology
department can make the use of technology a little complex for the children use which is the
negative consequence while the positive is that they will help in making this technology very
efficient with more better features. The positive consequence of other resource of document by
changing and building strict policies for the use of technology is that it provides clear guidance

of what is to be done and what is not supposed to be done. The negative is that parents will
understand these policies but it is not necessary that they will convey this to children.

be dangerous for such children when not follow the correct procedures. Exposing small children
to high technology can result in mental health issues at early age and they can have a heavy
reliance on technology which develops feeling of detachment. Another issue is that there are
high chances of having a miss- use of personal information. Any personal information collected
in this process has a good possibility of being exposed to high risk. The ethical issue of impact of
technology on children is more than miss- use of personal information, as the latter can be solved
using some cyber security measures.
