INTRODUCTION
Operations management is defined as an administration of whole business functions and
activities so that the higher efficiency and effectiveness can be received within the firm.

organisation is taken for this report is Toyota which was established in the year of 1933 by the
Kiichiro Toyoda. The headquarters of the company is located in Aichi, Japan. This report will

effective manner. Impact of external factors on the decision-making process of the business firm
along with the improvement in efficiencies so that the business objectives can be achieved by the
firm in allotted time period will also covered in this report.

the centralise system in their workplace in which regional head and the head of production
department have to provide report to the headquarter that are located in Japan.
