targets, I have to set targets according to the time provided to myself. If I am not able to manage
time I would not manage the things and the work would be messed up and I would not be able to
perform the work (Abdulhak and Wahyudin, 2016.
Problem solving is helping an individual to work and solve the problems in the personal
as well as professional life. If I am having the problem, and I am able to solve these problems I
would work effectively and learn new things and develop myself in my professional life. If I am
not able to solve problems I would stick at that problem only and I would not be able to move

Working with others in the company is helping to learn new things and develop myself. I
want to work in the company I would enjoy working with others in the company because it
would develop the learning skills and develop myself by gaining knowledge and building myself
with the organization. If I am not able to work with others I would not be able to work efficiently
and it would affect the work performance and my social life would be affected. Not working
with others in the company would not improve my communication skills. Working with others
will also help me in the time management and problem solving.
Learning and development of the employee of the organization is depended on the
communication skills, and time management and problem solving. Employees must be trained
for working with other employees and time management as well the problem solving sessions
must be provided by the employers of the company. Information and communication technology
is providing help to the employees of the company for gaining informatio9n through the laptops
and computer soft wares. Communication can also be made effective through emails, messages

and chats. Information would be gained through the help of communication, surfing on internet
and through research work on related topic.

in the atmosphere.
