balance in between cost and revenue. Present report has been conducted on Toyota which is a
multinational vehicle manufacturing Japanese company. Organisation headquartered in Tokyo
city Japan. In this report discussion has been made on roles and responsibilities of leaders and
managers along with their characteristics. Theories and models that are applicable to
management are also covered in this project. In addition with this numerous forms of leadership
approach has been discussed in this report.
