organization. Toyota was established by Kiichiiro Toyoda in the year 1937. There were many
different information through which organization can build different information. Decision
Support System (DSS) is the information system which can be used by the company to find out
the answer of the difficulty which is faced by company. This system generally used the input
front internal as well from external system to find out the answer of the difficulty. As to solve
the problem of the company, organization has to make different changes in internal system on
the basis of information gather from variety of different external parties who are facing problem
in company (Nanda, 2016).

Biggest difficulty which is faced by the organization in recent times is that organization is
facing difficulty in context of quality of Product. Reason behind the same is identified that
customer in the market are facing difficulty of safety in product of Toyota. So it can be said that
Toyota is facing quality as well as customer complaint. Quality of product is creating concern
for different customer in the market, So it is the biggest difficulty for the company is increasing
number of customer complaint in cited firm (Jones and et.al., 2020).

and reducing different type of eliminating error which generally occurs in the manufacturing
streamlining and supply chain of cited firm. Not only will that TQM model in cited firm provide
adequate training to all employees in the company. This will provide crucial support to the
company in building good human power of the company to carry out different operation of the
business very efficiently in cited firm and will also provide crucial support to the company in
