Quality management is the process of overseeing all the activities and task that should
be accomplished to maintain a desired level of excellence (Azman And et.al., 2019). This
includes determination of a quality polices , creating and implementing quality assurance
and planning and quality improvement and quality control.
This report will cover case study of Toyota Motor corporation, It is multinational
automobile company and headquarter is in Japan. This will be the best example to study about
quality management. This report will briefly explain importance of the quality management how
how it helps to improve quality of the production process. It will also use models and theories
of the quality management. This report will analyze how Toyota company is managing their
quality and it will also include advantages of working towards a quality system. In the end of
this report will provide recommendation for the company, so they can improve their quality
more effectively.

Production system (TPS ), and it has provide higher quality to the product and this companies
process as well , improve their all aspect from the individual to services.

Implementation of the total quality management system in the company requires high
quality training to the employees because of this they have to pay attention toward
their training more then their day to day work duty.

performing jobs (Teixeira And et.al., 2019). When the manager of the company does not
pay attention and does not communicate with them workers may feel fearful which can
lead to them towards resistance .
TQM is expensive to implement. Implementation often comes with additional training
costs, team-development costs, infrastructural improvement costs, consultant fees and the
like.
Quality management system focus on the task standardization top ensure consistency
discourages creativity and innovation. This is also discourages new ideas that can
possibly improve productivity.
