image at marketplace a lot and has also developed negative image of this brand among its
customers’. It is further said that usage of cheat device has created situation of cars recall as the
company has removed the device according to complains received from customers’ side.
Furthermore, it has also created edge for the competitors too as due to the affected image of
company it is easier for respected company to attract more number of customers towards them
and influence their sales performance in the positive manner.
