1. Discussion on the statement
Things are running smoothly and must not be subject to any specific control approach.
For any organization and their members if specific commitments are followed to find out and
fixing issues, then that organization will be able to evaluate effective control measures for their
company. In order to fix the problems manual approaches should be incorporated. In order to
make the processes stable from the business perspectives the company should strives accurate
techniques (Lai et al. 2015). For resolving these issues the thing that the organizations should
implement Just in Time (JIT) technique. For obtaining better quality and higher productivity The
JIT production technique must be followed by the organization head. Just in Time (JIT)
technology improved the speed of the system with better quality and high level productivity. The
JIT technology includes effective system implementation and the Toyota Production System use
the same approach for manufacturing the goods. Through this application the company has
achieved the most valuable customer satisfaction rate. The entire process or system is designed
to minimize the rate of inventory. The Toyota is the first company which implements the concept
of the JIT technology (Bhamu and Singh Sangwan 2014). Unique delivery of products with time
management and on time service can gain measureable competitive advantages and customer
satisfaction rate.
The JIT technology is comprises of push and pull mechanism which implies that it
attempts an adjustable production to the manufacturing requirements. It gives a better throughput
with an appreciable outcome. Moreover, this technique are much suitable for the large amount
of operation manufacturing with a variety of large volumes of production.

2. Potential benefits and drawback of the JIT to the business organization
Benefits of JIT
It has minimum amount of inventory level obsolescence due to the high turnover
rate of the inventory that keeps different items from the remaining stock (Pinto et
al. 2018)
If the production runs shortly then it will become easier to keep the production
halt in one specific production item and by also switching the production domain
to meet the new demand of the consumers
As lesser amount of investment are done in the inventory as the requirements of
inventory is less in this case
Within the company lesser rate of inventory can be damaged
The issues with the production can be identified more quickly that leads the
production with few defects
The overall cost of inventory is minimized
Drawback of JIT
If the service and raw material suppliers fail to deliver on time services then it
will affect the production process of the company
The production may halt if any natural disaster took place
Proper capital investment should be done by the company to make all the function
and operation effective (Shah and Patel 2018)

Investment is required for linking the computing system and the suppliers. It will
help to establish proper coordination between the consumers and the service
providers
If vast orders are requested then, company may not fulfill the expectation of the
consumers even though the JIT technology is used
