This research project investigates the impact of increasing trade across borders of goods and services, focusing on Federal Express (FedEx) as a case study. The introduction highlights globalization's influence on international trade, culture, and economic interdependence, setting the stage for analyzing FedEx's overnight shipping services. The project aims to identify how increasing trade affects FedEx, understand globalization, analyze influencing factors, assess competitive advantages, and suggest improvements. The research questions explore globalization, trade factors, competitive advantages, and potential measures to increase trade. The rationale emphasizes the study's significance in identifying globalization's impact on export and import facilities and factors influencing researcher choices. The literature review covers globalization's concept, influencing factors, and effects on FedEx, including competitive advantages. The methodology section outlines research philosophy, approach, design, sampling, data collection, and analysis techniques. The project uses an interpretative technique, inductive approach, descriptive design, simple random sampling, and both primary and secondary data collection methods to provide a comprehensive analysis of the research topic.
