INTRODUCTION
It has been seen that the making use of the technology is tend to revolutionizing the sports
by the way of supporting live tracking performance, reflecting the perfect athletic movement
along with enhancing the communication and virtual presentation (Swinson, 2022). The some of
the technology that is being currently used within the sports tend to includes and comprises of
the sensors, Wearable tech, VAR, reflection, timing systems, ABS, etc. that is enhancing the
entrainment as well as the competition level in sports. Further, it has been also seen and find out
that the use of the technology including of the timer, virtual reality sensors, etc. are also
supporting improved adjudication in sports by the way of supporting the judgement during the
sports as well as leading a more formal and accurate decisions. Apart from this, it has been also
seen that many issues on trademark and copyright violations on football is also being seen based
on laws and provisions related with the leading the legal protection to football trademarks and
copyright to use their name and brand (Krokida, 2022). Thus, the current study is undertaken to
have a better analysis about the use of technology and adjudication in sports along with
analysing about the issues on trademark and copyright violations on football the main aim and
objective of which is provided as below:

Literature review
As per the view point of the Genç-Gelgeç, B., 2022, it has been seen that the Sport world
today is tend to be getting technological by the way of the combining with the natural athletic
talent with advanced analytics and artificial intelligent to produce the best possible outcomes on
the playing field of sports. Further, it has been also seen that Sport tend to create a feeling of the
excitement within people as a triumph of human effort and it also tend to stating that behind the
scenes are a number of things that supported and go into that triumph which is proper reflected
and shown with the use of the top of the technology (Özkan, 2022). Thus, use of the technology
is become important and significant within the sport as it helps in tracking the performance along
with reflecting the perfecting movement and also enhancing the level of communication that is
supporting and leading improved level of the adjudication in sports. Further, it has been also seen
that creating risk and challenges such as higher cost and higher chances of getting injured is
being also lead by technology in sports. Along with this, as per the opinion of the Newman, J.A.,
Warburton, V.E. and Russell, K., 2022, it has been seen that the possible issues on trademark and
copyright violations on football as trademark use by the national football league and copyright
are to give s distinct identity to their club which cannot be used by other and is vital to prevent
customer confusion (Krokida, 2022).
Short synopsis of approach
The research approach or method tend to present the ways and strategies that are being used
by the researcher to carry out and undertake a project. With respect to current project use of the
positivistic form of the research philosophy is being proposed as it supports a practical as well as
systematic way of undertaking a project (Veillon-Bradshaw and et. al., 2022). Along with this,

the use of the deductive approach has been also suggested to have better scanning and testing of
collected facts. Further, making use of the quantitative nature of the research method is being
proposed within current study as this type of method supports the easy as well as the cost
effective way of collecting data in numeric form. Along with this, the making use of the
quantitative nature of study also supports measurable as well as specific set of results. Further,
use of the both primary as well as the secondary source of the data collection would be made
within current study as primary source is vital to provide the first hand data while the secondary
supports a base for further study. The collection of the primary data would be made through the
use of the questionnaire while the secondary data would be analysed from the set of online form
of books, journal, article and other literature (Özkan, 2022). Along with this, to ensure the
collection of primary data a survey would be undertaken within the help of questionnaire for
which a sample size of 40 participants has been selected from the players of Football with the
help of random method of sampling.
