any third person in medium. Basically, it is the most common method of distributing information
about specific topics among their students in fruitful manner. Although it requires a pre planned
and detailed curriculum in order to complete such kind of activities. This report will discuss the
significance of traditional ways of learning over the online mode or methods of teaching.
This particular method includes varied kind of traditional methods of distribution of
information which includes giving directions and instructions to the students who want to learn
specified things. Students have to learn certain aspects through memorization and recitation
techniques thereby not able to develop their critical thinking which helps in effective way to
resolve any queries and issues in most effectual manner (Chen & et.al., 2018).
In other words, it has been identified that traditional method of spreading education and
understanding are complete teacher based or highly focused over teachers or tutors as it requires
huge amount of hard work from the side of tutors. The teachers have to face specific challenges
as sometimes information overloading cause learners to disconnect from sessions. It causes
delay in teaching and learning method which generates lack of interest among both the students
and teachers.
On the other hand, the modern methods of teaching are highly students centred at which
all the benefits have been directed after considering the students wants and desires within the
area at which they are going to have appropriate knowledge. Traditional classroom teaching
atmosphere are highly grateful and beneficial for each and every student who are coming to grab
the information and knowledge about specified topics.
Apart from this, it also helps to enhance the interaction level and reduce the hesitation
level among students. They can become highly interactive and families with each others culture,
background, level of understanding and ways of thinking. With the help of this, the students are
able to learn to do things as per other requirements as well along with learn to adjust with other
as well. This particular activity assist in providing conducive environment to learn fellow
students or colleagues.
It also helps to increase or encourage higher level of competitiveness among students as
with such kind of practices students also learn to do things with a feeling of competition within

practices of teaching consists of certain activities which extremely necessary and significant to
build perfect child character as well as personality that highly suits themselves in order to
sustain within the marketplace . With the help of these, students become more disciplined in
each and every manner. This will enable them to handle complex situations' in most disciplined
manner in their professional and personal life as well.
In order to adopt specific practices, the schools and institutes have to adopt specified
strategies which consists of mnemonics, providing direct instructions, explicit teaching, spaced
practices along with purposeful practices that greatly helps the students to manage their tasks in
most effective manner.
The things that have been taught by teachers or tutors are extremely significant in one's
life till very long duration of time because such practices helps them in their personal as well as
in professional timings. Basically, it illustrates an effective method that helps students to recite
and memorize the content of study and what they have been taught by their teachers.
Hence, from the detailed evaluation and discussion about the topic, it had been
concluded that though online and traditional learning both requires great amount of work but
traditional learning gives more emphasis over giving and receiving feedbacks with the help of
physical interactions with teachers and peers. On the other hand, online learning transforms this
element into virtual atmosphere. Benefits of traditional learning to include that it is preplanned
and organized manner while requires high cost as well as time-consuming. However, Online
learning also share certain benefits in the form of providing comfort level to the students while it
also generates lack of trust level among teachers and students because of lack of ohysical
appearance.
