Traffic Congestion Simulation: RDIT Credit Task 6.3 Project Analysis

This project focuses on simulating traffic congestion and exploring potential solutions using Arterial and Freeway management systems. The assignment involves the design and implementation of a simulation tool to analyze traffic flow, with the objective of mitigating traffic jam issues. The simulation provides insights into how these management systems can be used, including the use of traffic signal control and vehicle owner notifications. While the tool offers valuable simulation capabilities, it is limited to theoretical analysis due to real-world constraints. The project includes a logical design, program compilation, and execution of the simulation, as well as relevant screenshots and a bibliography. This work is designed to help students understand and solve traffic management problems through simulation and modeling.
