Relationship between process of learning and role of trainer
Process of learning and role that trainer play affects the learning of an individual. This is
because learning process refers to the specific approach that is followed to teach any specific
thing to the individual. Apprenticeship is the one of the most important learning process and
approach through which one learn lots of things in its life. Apprenticeship is simply a process
under which one learn lots of things in respect to specific thing by doing or performing an act.
The trainer acts as role model for the individual who is taking training from the former entity.
Thus, it can be said that trainer must make intervention in the learning process that is carried out
through apprenticeship training. Means that instructor must not only facilitate the training but it
must also time to time make intervention during the learning process in order to ensure that
trainee is learning lots of things in proper manner (Hyla, 2017). It had been observed that many
times trainer does not play an interventionist role and he keep on teaching new things to the
trainee. Due to this reason many times it happened that trainee failed to understand lots of things
completely and this results in less knowledge and education of an individual in specific field.
This is the reason due to which it become important for the trainer to play an interventionist role.
However, trainer must know the extent to which it must intervene in the learning process of
trainees. If trainer will intervene again and again in the learning process student cannot focus on
its learning process. Thus, it must be ensured that whenever required, only that time entrepreneur
is making intervention and lead to enhancement of skill and knowledge of an individual.
Learning process was prepared by Pavlov who was Russian psychologist. He prepared a
conditional learning theory under which condition was placed before dog and when bell wring
dog start salivate. By repeating same thing again and again Pavlov teach a dog about a time when
he can get a food. The process that is used by Pavlov is currently used as learning process in
education world under which teachers give lots of things to do practice to the students in order to
develop specific sort of skill among them (Ebner and et.al., 2010). Thus, it can be said that doing
a practice regularly in respect to specific subject is one of the most important and effective
learning process. This is because by practicing same thing again and again one learn the right
approach that must be followed in order to execute specific thing at the workplace. It can be said
that learning process is made effective by the teacher and due to this reason it can be assumed
that tutor play a very important role in teaching new things in systematic and better way to the

students. Thus, it can be said that while learning anything learning process and teacher
intervention matter to great extent.
