training programs. Training programs must include effective learning tools to provide
training to employee which are working in the company. The managers are not
participating in the training programs which would not let the managers learn new
things.
According to Jain and Sharma (2019), managers are provided with remuneration and
rewards for training employees. So the managers would use the latest techniques for

research proposal as well. Research philosophy is of many types like Interpretivism,
positivism and realism. But the company and the researcher has decided to follow
the Interpretivism. In the Interpretivism researchers are interpreting the study and
figures and the facts. Philosophy is based on qualitative analysis and quantitative
analysis. It includes the approaches like social constructivism and the
phenomenology. According to philosophy the researcher has to differentiate among
the people. Interpretivism is focusing on the different aspects of research. The
philosophy is focusing on the subjective nature of the approach. The philosophy is

including the quantitative research and the cross-cultural areas in the organization
(Taylor Bogdan and DeVault, 2015).
Research approach is the approach used by the researcher while doing the
research. It is divided into deductive research, inductive approach and the abductive
approach. The researcher is following the inductive approach. The approach is
including inductive inference and it also includes the untested conclusions.
Generalizability includes the specific points which are to be specified in general while
performing research. Data which is collected while research, is used and explored as
well. In the research themes are identified easily and the patterns which would
create specific framework as well. Inductive approach includes the process of the
observation, pattern and test.
Research design is the qualitative and the quantitative research methods
which are to be used while performing the research. The research plan is a general
plan for answering the questions which are to be used for answering the research
questions asked while performing the research. The research design is divided into
exploratory and conclusive. Conclusive research is clear and the well-defined. It is
used for verifying the insights and usually structured design are available in the
conclusive research. Exploratory research design is general and the data is not
cleared in the research. The data collected in research is in the form of the open-
ended rough. The sample size of the research is small and it would maximize the
generalization of insights. Data collection method is flexible and it does not incudes
any type of the procedure (Wiek and Lang, 2016).
Data collection is the procedure in which the data is collected and the data
for finding the answers which are asked in research and for solving research
problem. Data collection methods are divided into the secondary methods and
primary methods of data collection. Secondary data is the type of data which is used
when it is published in newspapers and the books a swell. Secondary data is
available easily but is not accurate. Secondary data is data collected while
performing research at the first time and now it is the secondary data because it is
used everywhere in the research projects. Primary data is the data which is collected
while performing the research and is used first time in research. Primary data is
divided among two types which include the quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative
data is the data which is collected from the mathematical formats and it includes the
facts and figures. It includes the questionnaires and the mean median and mode as
