Training and development is an essential management practice which is helpful in
enhancing the skills, knowledge and competences of employees and enhance their learning
through which overall productivity of organizations can be enhanced (Arkoudis, 2018).
Training and development can be applied with the help of different approaches and
methodology and is an effective practice through which business can improve employee
knowledge and their skills. This report will outline the training and development proposal of
the organization.

Rationale
The purpose of selecting “Training and Development” as the topic for this study is to
understand the approach of training and development and how this can be followed by an
organization in order to enhance the organizational effectiveness and productivity. The
motive behind selecting training and development was to understand the concepts of training
and development practices and how such practices can be helpful in enhancing the skills,
performance and overall organizational efficiency (Bahreman and Swoboda, 2016). Through

by an organization and analyze the most effective training and development technique for
business which has driven most positive impacts on the organization. Through evaluating the
raining and development methodologies, this report will be helpful in evaluating how these
methods can support in bringing required change and positive transformation to the business.
