Research philosophy: Interpretivism research philosophy is based on principle which states that

results in present study.
Data collection: For this research primary and secondary data collection methods will be used on
for gaining accurate results productivity as per new long term goals . Also, by vitally using
primary and secondary methods of research, more accurate working results will be worked on for
optimised work competencies (Wijayanti and et.al., 2020).
Sampling: Non purposive sampling will be done in recent research, where it is form of non-
probability sampling which relies on gaining results synchronised. Sample size of 30 respondents
will be taken, which will enable to develop understanding on response within company
strategies.
Data analysis: Thematic data analysis will be done within recent research, where specific aspects
related to figures and depictive charts shall be presented for findings to be developed on.
Research limitations: The research is limited to retail industry businesses where it will be only
researching on Sainsbury company training strategies. Also, capital and cost factors are limited
for research to gain accurate working findings.
Ethical considerations: There will be ethical methods of research used on within research,
where employees will be signing ethical forms of research. Accurate non biased results will be
