organisation to grow and manage their activities in each and every area. Their development with
a course of time is important so that better and supportive working could be done (Cascio, 2018).
This project is based on Sun Court company whom want to provide appropriate and suitable
training to each and every individual which facilitate their growth and development. For this
relation, various suitable aspects and elements lead to discuss in an effective and suitable frame.
Manager will lead to evaluate various learning styles with role of learning curve so that better
training lead to provide. Along with this, management will also going to plan and design the
training process so that effective consideration lead to deliver. Further, evaluation of such
training event will enables in determine its feasibility. Moreover, government also led to work in
order to maintain and manage training events and programmes.
