The role of the training and development in the organization keeps significant value as it helps
them to attain set objectives. There are number of organizations that expand their business
globally and for getting good growth in the business, it is required by them to keep focus on the
training and development program. This paper will review three articles related to the training
and development program of human resource management. The case study shows a scenario of
expansion of huge company that requires hiring more 25 employees for a proposed branch in
Florida. Team Fun is the case study that has been focused by this paper. The case of TEAM FUN
has needs of training regarding to the human resource management purpose of, training and
development of employees.
As per Boadu, Francis, et al., training and development programs look for to amendment the
skills, attitudes and knowledge of employees needed by the job post. Programmes can be focused
on developing self-awareness of individual to perform their job in well manner. This activity is
helpful in making them realize that they are the major part of the organization that develops a
sense of belonging employees, increases the skills of the employees and encourages them at the
time of developing financial advantages. Training and development is among the vital human
resource practices. According to the case study, it has been found that the case offers the owners
Norton and Kenny meet bobby, who is the manager of new store in Florida. It has been found
that Norton has mentioned in his case study that “SOCIALIZE, ONBOARDING. The meaning
of that is to teach all employees regarding the new process, our values, and way of working.
To the support of this statement of Norton, Boadu, Francis, et al., stated that training and
development has great impact on the employee performance which can be seen as the
consequences of similarity between training and development and Organisation goal. It is
necessary for the organisation to make them employee satisfied from their work which can be

done by training and development program. Job satisfaction generates from feeling comfortable
within the company, job efficiency and from the knowledge that an employee can get promoted.
Training program can contribute all these factors that enable employee to work hard for attaining
desired goals.
With the support of the case study, khan et al., has depicted that Training and development has
the potential to increase the performance of the employee and helpful in building block which

that Team Fun has tried to hire 25 employees for new office in South Florida. The main issue

process in case of providing training and development program to the new employees. When
employees have proper knowledge about the working, it helps them to perform with an effective
manner by taking consideration of fulfilling the objectives of the company. Employees are
considered as the valuable asset in the view of the company. The contribution of training and
development in the working process of the company is to increase and update the skills and
knowledge of an employee by an session of training and development programs. According to
Kadiresan, Vimala, et al, training can be elaborated as a systematic exertion of the employee to
attain effective performance in the range of activities.
It has been concluded from above discussion that the role of the training and development
program is huge in the organization to increase the performance of the company. The discussion
has been made on training and development program of staff by taking consideration of three
articles which is related to the human resource development and training and development
program. It is additional sustained that there is a noteworthy bonding effect between
organizational commitment and HRM practices and training and development program. The
involvement includes noteworthy influence for companies in achieving competitive advantages.
