programmes help in gaining more outcomes and achieving organisation goals and objectives. In
addition, resulting training programmes in providing more benefits to managers in their policy
making, decision making process. Employees who are getting more growth opportunities are
possessing better opportunities and growth in their business environment and in their career as
well. Further, training is helping organisation in reducing cost and time because a well trained
employee will be able to perform their task in most effective manner and in definite time period.
