The present study initiates to examine the role of training and development in enhance
employee job satisfaction. Therefore, training and development are the imperative aspect to
be considered by the human resources management for the intention to increasing the
operations of the business to gain progression and advancement. Thus training helps an
individual to develop their capabilities and the knowledge to attempt business operations
effectively. For suitable assessment of the project aim. Objectives and questions are initiates
to aid the project in right direction. The suitable aim, objectives and questions are associated
as under:
Research Aim
To examine the role of training and development in enhance employee job satisfaction. A

Research Objectives:
 To understanding concept of training and development within an organization.
 To identify the role training and development in enhance employee job satisfaction
in Primark company.

Method

Research design
This defined as the blue print of the investigation which mainly encompasses over three aspects
i.e. descriptive, exploratory and experimental research design. In the context to this present
investigation work descriptive research will be considering to aid the project in right manner,
therefore, it is most suitable tool to provide assistance to gather suitable data that are
connected with the aspect of training and development. This approach is imperative in
gathering information in both theoretical and numerical manner.

Data collection is the most considered are of an investigation as it is effective in gathering the
most suitable data that are connected with the investigation subject. The accumulation of
information is relay over two aspects i.e. primary and secondary source of data collection.
Therefore, in this information is mainly gathered through executing secondary research as this
aspects of information are mainly relay over gathering data via books, journals, articles and so
on. Thus, secondary sources lead the investigation in right direction to gathering information
within theoretical means. However, in this qualitative information will be accumulating via
analyzing the theories, models and concepts over the aspect of training and development.

Analysis
CLEARLY describe the method of analysis you are going to use. Is it qualitative or
quantitative?
In this present research qualitative research will be considering to assist the project in right
manner. Therefore, qualitative research is effective in conducting analysis to gather information
within theoretical aspects as this provide wider knowledge base to enhance undertaking over a
specified research area. Thus, here in the particular research, qualitative research support in
enhancing theoretical understanding about the aspect of training and development and how it
affects the operations of the business.

As a student or member of staff undertaking a research project, I understand that I am
responsible for the following:
• The security and confidentiality of all data collected
• Mitigating all risks to anonymity, privacy and confidentiality posed by all kinds of
personal information storage, processing, including computer and paper files, e-mail
records, audio and video files, and any information that directly identifies an
individual. It is recommended that data be anonymised at the point of collection.
I will ensure that:
• Data and codes and all identifying information will be kept in separate locked filing
cabinets/files and working files will contain no identifying information, and will only
be accessed by one or two persons
• All audiotapes will be transcribed using codes or pseudonyms for identification of
individuals and destroyed upon completion of the research project
• Access to computer files will be available by password only
• Research data will be stored for up to 5 years after the end of the project, after which
they should be disposed of safely.
