Firstly, the employees will be able to understand the visual learning style through the
usage of different infogrpahics and spatial understanding (Kasemsap et al. 2017).
In addition, there will be usage and utilization of the verbal linguistics aspects wherein
the employees will be capable of using words both in speech as well as writing.
Disadvantages or Risks in the respective Approach of Training and Development
Lack of control is the first and foremost disadvantage of the online or the e-learning
through usage of multi-media activities. In such scenarios, the employees with lack of motivation
will be falling behind and there is no such specific allocation of time for process of learning.
Isolation is the other disadvantage which can be impacting the approach of the electronic
training and development prospects as due to the remote working scenario, the instructors will
not be in the position to answer the different questions and it will be decreasing the motivation of
employees to learn (Jahromi, Nikabadi and Maleki 2017).
Any Budget Considerations
In the electronic training and development aspects through the multi-media approach,
there is low budget as the online training is cheaper as there are no such expenses such as
commute cost, meeting room or any other equipment. It is the cost-effective process as the online
training means cutting on costs and the e-learning courses can be reutilized and updated without
much expense or time (Jahromi, Nikabadi and Maleki 2017).
