According to Claus (2019) Talent management is one of the significant process that

derived. There are various kinds of benefits that can be achieved through applying the talent
management process. Te significant benefits by applying talent management can be achieved
through implementing talent management such as better on boarding experience, career
advancement and effective performance management. Performance management allows
company to get higher sustainability and efficiency among employees in turn better
opportunities can be grabbed. In against to this, Pandita and Ray (2018) said that talent
management is basically focusing on employees so that accomplishing organizational objectives
can become possible. There are some crucial areas which need to be emphasized while
conducting the talent management process which comprises providing higher experience to the
employees in the positive manner so that accomplishing roles & responsibilities in effective
manner can become possible. It allows to have increased the performance in turn higher
productiveness through increasing motivation and morale among employees.

In the views of Collings, Mellahi and Cascio (2019) depicted that there are number of
factors which play significant role in affecting the processing of the company. It becomes
essential for the organization to focus on having relevant analysis of the factor that has both
positive and negative impact talent management activity of the organization. The one of the
significant aspect which has major influence on the specified course of action involves working
environment. It is highly dependent on the prevailing circumstances that how it will influence
the motivational and productive outcome on employees. In against to this, Narayanan,
Rajithakumar and Menon (2019) articulated that the major component which has impact on
employees which includes performance & corporate learning & compensation management,
succession planning, job security, organizational commitment, etc. In addition to this, it can be
specified these factors has both positive & negative impact on the functioning of the company.
As per the views of King and Vaiman (2019) there are number of challenges which
occurs while providing training & development for having ability to obtain effective talent
management. It is important for the company to have significant information regarding the
crucial challenges such as lack of management of plan, poor hiring strategy, ineffective
leadership and employee turnover. On the basis of this it can be specified that organization can
adversely affect in order to conduct the proper talent management practices. On the other side
Meyers and et.al., (2020) said that one of the crucial issue which is need to be taken into
consideration by the enterprise while conducting training & development process for having
relevant processing into the internal procedure so that higher positive results can be achieved.
From the evaluation it can be specified that creating talent ethical culture becomes difficult
which does not allow the enterprise to have significant functioning. In against to this, Berger
(2020) stated that identifying relevant method to proceed particular function for transferring key

10 employees of the specified company in order to get the information regarding talent
management practices. The secondary method can aid in meeting relevant and depths data
regarding factors affecting, challenges occurring for the mentioned course of action. In addition
to this, using both the data gathering technique can be helpful in achieving objectives.
Research approach or philosophy
It is one of those investigation methods that a research use to obtain desire outcome and
achieve set aim & objectives. For purpose of collecting data about the impact of training and
development on talent management, researcher can use interpretivism philosophy as it is also
suitable in regard to qualitative study. They may use this approach because it enables them to

favor of current statement, as they believe that organization and its management are taking

think that job rotation is better to enhance their effectiveness and boost morale, while 1
participant is taking approach in the context of off job training technique, they think that this
method is good for everyone who are working in productive way, just to make their brand

of respondents think that chosen method at workplace is the best technique that manager and
leader may take into their consideration. They may take approach to continue this process by

skills. Out of 10, according to 7 respondents training workshop is better for them because it may
provide better understanding about a topic and help to enhance knowledge level. All these things
may require less time and effort. On the other hand, 3 participants thing that job rotation is better
for all candidates. They are thinking that off job rotation method is useful in each sphere. It is
quite important for management to develop and use the best strategies for purpose of improving
talent management, in effective and systematic manner.
