Brief Methodology
Selection of the research methodologies is a significant part of the research which supports to
conduct distinct research activities. Numerical data contains accuracy and reliability factor in it’s
and quantitative research method has potential to gather it. On the other side, reviews and
opinion of the people which are relevant this research are also significant to collect in which
qualitative research methodology is effective. The present research is based on the training
programs and it’s effect on the productivity and performance of the company so it is better to use

Secondary data sources and data
Secondary data collection is helpful for the researcher to analyse the information and data related
to the selected study of the topic. In this research, the literature review will be conducted by the
researcher which provides thoughts and views of different authors. The literature review is an
effective way to analyse the views of distinct authors on the topic which provides a guidance and
direction to the researcher to implement this research. Qualitative and quantitative both research
methods can be used in this section for literature review (Degraft-Otoo, 2012).With the help of
qualitative method, the researcher will collect important information and data from articles,
journals, books, pdf. etc. It is an effective way to get secondary data for the research. Distinct
articles and journals are published recently which provides the effectiveness of the training and
development program in the performance enhancement of employees. It is prior to select those
articles, journals, books, and PDF which are based on the authentic sources to collect data. It is
effective to use famous journals which provide higher trustworthiness in their data and
information. Most of the famous journals conduct their own market survey and research to get
realistic data and information on their research topic to produce better outcomes in their
published journals. Articles are linked with the authors who are converted into online blogs
which can be used in this research to collect data. It is required to use an author which provides
most trustworthy data and information on the topic.
