INTRODUCTION
Event designing refers to the process of creating a detailed format regarding activities
that will be taken place in an event (Cunliffe and Easterby-Smith, 2017). It consists of planning,
budgeting, setting timeline, selecting place for an event etc.
Report will include reflection on designing, planning and hosting training event and
making improvement in event again in the future. It also includes role performed while
organizing this event and discussion regarding working of team member in a group.
Furthermore, it emphasized on skills that is being acquired from this project.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on designing, planning and hosting a training event
An event refers to program that is conducted with proper planning and designed in a
systematic manner. For conducting a training event I organized a proper process that taken place
while organizing this training event. Firstly, I identified training needs that how many people are
there to join that training so all the arrangements have been done according to it. For providing
effective training to people I analysed that proper equipment is required for providing training to
employees. I arranged proper space that is required for setting up proper training to people. Then,
training objectives are to be defined properly so that it help in achieving goals for the future.
Further, training is designed keeping in mind needs of employees and proper interactive session
will be organized that also emphasize on question and answer as both employees and trainer
involved in training session.
In my opinion it is necessary to provide the best trainer to employees so that they were
get benefit from this event. I provided them experience trainer so that give them some results out
of it. I provided them notes that was required for gaining easy understanding that will be taught
during training session. Training schedule was also provided to employees that help in getting
better understanding of different sessions that will be conducted during training. I also provided
proper arrangements for employees that are coming from outside for their accommodation
facilities was given to them so that they may not get difficulty in finding out place for
themselves. In between training break was provided for employees so that they get relaxed and
again take interest in session. It was important for bringing an interactive session that help both
trainee and trainer as there involvement help in gaining more knowledge for them (Flick, 2018).
I also asked them regarding feedback after completion of training session. I also provided

different perspective that help in conducting effective training session. Therefore, I provide the
best facilities to employees that are coming and attending an event. All facilities were provided
that help in attending training effectively and efficiently. Different resources are utilized while
organized training event that facilitate in achieving objective of it.
Improvement in organizing training event
If I get an opportunity to do again this event then I will be organizing this in better
manner as I had organized earlier. This time I provide additional facilities to employees that help
in gaining better understanding of concepts and techniques that will used in conducting training
session. In between training session fun activities is being organized so that they will not feel
tired. If these activities was organized then employee may leave from training as find it boring
and cannot retain for longer time. In my opinion it was important to manage and coordinate all
activities that is going to be conducted in training session. By using attractive banner while doing
promotion of an event that help in bringing more trainee participate in the event. I think
providing them good area that help in motivating them to indulge in session where training is
being conducted. It will be beneficial for trainee if notes and manuals are provided by trainer as
it help in building clear understanding of session that is going to be conducted in that event.
I tried my best arrangements to be done so that they do not have to face any difficulty
during sessions. Effective training session help in gaining more knowledge about topic that is
being discussed in that training. I am providing effective training that will be able to provide
them various aspect that bring efficiency in their work. While in between employee engagement
activity will be organized that help in increasing communication between trainee that are coming
to attend that training. Proper information is being provided to trainee that are coming to attend
that session so that any misunderstanding will not be occurred to them (Ford, Baldwin and
Prasad, 2018). Environment in which training is being provided will be safe as they do not feel
insecure while attending training session. It was important in providing different facilities to
trainee so that it become effective for the future purpose. If trainees are satisfied with this then it
helps in making into various aspects and help in bringing more opportunities for them in the
future. I tried to improve set up that will be made for training purpose as it is important in
providing them the best sessions that will help them in their future.

Reflection on contribution towards the project
I have tried my best to completing this project as this also help in gaining knowledge
regarding various aspect of event that is organized by other people. I help in providing the best
resources to them that emphasize on competing this project on time. There are different
approaches that is used by me to enhance various aspect that help in gaining different perspective
for the future. I also find some difficulties while completing this project as different resources
will be required for completing this project. I always contributing in every step in the project that
make it efficient for the future purpose. In my opinion it is important for contributing in every
stage of project that will be providing various aspect in the company. It is important in setting up
an objective for future as it is essential while completing project that provide various aspect to
this project (Persico and Pozzi, 2015). I remain honest while doing each and every activity of
the project that bring efficiency and effectiveness in completing project.
I have performed different activities while doing this project as there are different
segments that will be taken into consideration for the future. It is important in doing effective
work while completing task and provide various perspective to me in learning through this
project. I have made timeline that help me in completing this task effectively. While completing
this project I found that some issues may arise that affect functioning of project. There are
different aspects that help in gaining more knowledge and important resources that is being used
while completing this project. I am providing various segments for completing project in the
future course of action. It is important in reading all concepts and techniques that help me in
deciding various aspect of the project. It is important in taking into consideration that provide
various aspect for the future. As a member of team I played significant role in providing various
aspect to the project that enhance doing work effectively in this project. It is important in taking
into consideration that project will be completed on time so that it provide different perspective
in getting involved into project. Therefore, I have provided my time, cost and resources in
completing project (Kemper and et. al., 2016). There are various segments that help in getting
involved to project for longer duration that is provided into project.
Involvement of group members in team
In my group all members are contributing towards project that is completing while doing
this event. There are different perspective that help in involving different concept that is involved
in performing while completing this project. In completing certain task that will be beneficial for

the future. Different team members are performing different role in completing various task that
is helpful in bringing efficiency and effectiveness (O’Neill and et. al., 2017). All team members
are doing their work and providing various aspect in the future. If team member help in
providing various aspect in the project then every concept and technique will be applied into it in
achieving success for the future. I have different team members that possess different qualities in
them and performing their work on given deadline. This is advantage for my team to do effective
work in project as all team members are contributing in better manner that help in achieving
success for the future.
Team members plays an important role in performing task and providing various aspect
in team. This is providing various perspective to team members that provide significant idea in
gaining more knowledge from this project. Team members provide various approach in future
terms that help in defining various procedures that will be included while completing this
project. Completing project on time help in increasing productivity as well as earning more profit
in the future. There are different tasks as it is involved into business for future growth and
effectiveness (Baumer, 2015). Group member are doing work by dividing their work and
complete it individually that bring effectiveness and there is no burden on one individual. Proper
working is being provided for completing this project as there are various perspective that
provide different segment in the company. Members in team are effective as it is providing
effective and efficient work that will be fulfilled by it in the future. Members in my group are
cooperative and help each other in completing their work that emphasize in doing work. It is also
important that involvement of group members help in achieving success.
Skills acquired while completing this project
From this module I have improved my communication skill that plays an important role
in performing any task in the company. I have also acquired decision making skills that help in
facilitating taking decision in the company for future course of action. There are various
perspective that help me in growth and bringing more opportunities in the company. My problem
solving skill is also improved as while doing work in group I am able to solve problem as if any
problem occurred then I bring solution to that problem. I am able to think creative as while
judging different perspective of a particular problem that emphasize on different problems in the
future. It is important for acquiring skills while learning different aspect of module. There are
various perspective that will be taken into consideration for involving more group member in

project and emphasize in getting involved more members for effective work. My planning skill is
also improved as I am able to plan for the future perspective that bring growth and effectiveness
in the future. It is important in taking into consideration that group work emphasize in competing
various task in the company (Baron and Parent, 2015). There are different concepts that used in
acquiring skills from project as different members that are involved with project is having
different skills so from them also I acquire skills and knowledge that bring effectiveness in my
work. It is important in getting involved into various aspect for the future. There are various
factors also that affect working while doing project. There are various aspects that bring
efficiency in getting involved into various concept as bringing efficiency.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it can be summarised that while planning an event different steps
will be followed that help in organizing better event for the future. Proper designing, planning
and hosting will be included that make event in an effective manner. In this group is made in
which different members are involved or completing project on given timeline. While doing
project different skills will be acquired such as communication skill is important that help in
interacting with more people and enhance productivity for the future.
