1.3 Appropriate research methods
a) Qualitative data analysis of data obtained through semi-structured interview
To accomplish present research objectives and aims the review of recent work by some
scholarly has been undertaken by researcher that further allow to make identification of the
present topic. In this primary research method provides fortunately to have similar research on
the same topic (Kum, Cowden and Karodia, 2014). It is important to put emphasise on the data
allocated by investigator. Furthermore previous scholar works significantly assist in evaluating
first hand data about the need and importance of training in automotive sector to significantly
conduct research in a systematic manner. Scholarly articles mainly emphasise on taking
advantage of survey or semi structure interview to fulfill objectives.
This has been analysed to accomplish present research and effective manner semi structured
interview seems to be one of the most important methods that helps researcher to take discussion
with participants. This further helps in allocating data and information in effective manner that
further helps in maximising efficiency and viability of research work. With the help of this
investigator can also undertake use of this method to understand viewpoint and perception of
respondents by evaluating their behaviour.
The another most important element of qualitative approach is that in having small number of
participants with the help of which researcher can evaluate their risk in generalised manner.
However it has been analysed at low number of sample can further affect the work.
In context with questions in the semi structure interview result has taken use of interview on 5
different teams that are mainly inclusive of external element, influencing training background
information of participants, Aston Martin ability to provide training to employees and employee
satisfaction level and there behaviour towards training. In addition to this this result has
conducted among 5 themes in which 3 of them are relevant.

After the fulfillment of interview investigator in understandable language. Furthermore
researcher emphasise on making proper evaluation of respondents viewpoint to have sufficient
information.
Furthermore, it has been evaluated that the information and data collected significantly helps in
evaluating respondents view point. However it has been analysed that their answers are very
limited and small in size that further restricts to represent their opinions and experiences.
The final critique of taking advantage of this method is that, in this researcher effectively focus
on undertaking interview in which proper and detailed analysis of respondents viewpoint and
their behaviour is being undertaken (Pandey and Pandey, 2021). However it has been evaluated
that this method duly fails to provide the thesis in question and further do not offer conclusive
answer related to the need and importance of training and their impact on the employees
performance in automotive sector on Aston Martin.
b) Quantitative analysis of data obtained through a survey
In relation with the second study evaluation of the present research it has been done on
the relation with the second study. Evaluation of the present research it has been done on the
impact of training on the performance of the level of employees within Aston Martin along with
some effective ways as well as strategies for Aston Martin that significantly helps in supporting
higher performance of employees. In this significant comparison between respondents from
various educational background is being undertaken by researchers for which scholar best
method is being undertaken.
In addition to this, another most important element related with the impact of training on the
performance level of employees within Aston Martin is being undertaken by researcher, in which
respondents as well as already conducted articles has been generalized on the importance and
impact of training on performance level of employees on Aston Martin. However in this this
does not include wide number of participation of respondents.

Furthermore, another note of researcher is that they include discussion on the strategies that will
help Aston Martin to implement best training method that has been further evaluated with the
help of respondents viewpoint in the same language. It has been evaluated in effective manner
for this cross sectional time horizon is been implemented to evaluate viewpoint of respondents.
Furthermore, by taking use of researcher question by taking use of web service provider research
has been conducted with the help of qualitative analysis. In this by taking assistance of
questionnaire different number of questions has been asked from certain set of respondents
(Panneerselvam, 2014). Along with this investigator is limited in scope as this is conducted on
the importance of training in context with only automotive sector, in which Aston Martin study
is being analysed. Furthermore it has been evaluated that the scope is similar and have featured
designation, as with the help of this organization in the same sector can implement strategies and
can understand the importance of training for employees performance.
Furthermore it has been evaluated the most important lesson that has been duly learned from this
research method is that, by taking proper evaluation analysis of respondents viewpoint better
information has been collected. By taking use of appropriate method that helps investigator to
fulfill present objectives in effective manner. With the help of this data analysis of respondents
participants viewpoint helps in gaining advantage incoterms of conducting research in effective
manner states that training and development is important for organization and employees
performance.
c) Brief conclusion/ Justification of section
