Introduction
One of the most important aspects of every organization is training and development.
Imparting proper training leads to gradual development. The training is an essential part of all
organizations. Many organizations intend to neglect the training process. It should however
be taken into account that the proper leads to the development of a company as the employees
are able to get motivation and proper information which leads them to increase their
production. The report consists of the importance of training in the Comfort Delgro
Corporation Limited which is a taxi company. Towards the end of the report the learning
outcome of the training has been analyzed (Comfortdelgro.com.sg, 2017).
1. Business Goals
The gradual rise of online sectors has been witnessed by the entire world in the past
few years. There has been a huge demand of the digital platform. The consumers find it
convenient to avail the service through online apps. The business goals include the process
of making money from the things that are not utilized in a proper manner (Goetsch &
Davis, 2014). The main aim of the Comfort transportation Pte limited is to make the
technology a successful means of providing their service. Their primary goal is to make the
maximum amount of profit through the new advent of the technologies. The business goal
includes the take the business to a global level. The biggest challenge faced by the
company is the competition that is prevalent in the market. Other similar companies like
Ola; Uber has given tough competition to the company. It has raised a bar for Comfort
Delgro. The major goal of the company is to provide efficient service in order to improve the
reputation of the company. This can be done through hiring efficient and experienced
marketing professionals in order to cope up with the existing competitive market (Ford,
2014).

2. Analysis of the Organizational Training Needs
The use of advanced technology is an aspect that can be encouraged in order to
capture the global market. The use of technology has been witnessed globally. It is essentially
important for the Comfort Delgro to adapt the system of advanced technology. The use of
online cabs requires a lot of learning. It requires training (Tahir, et al., 2014). The facility of
the GPS mapping that are there on the phone should be well acquainted by all the customers.
The uses of the GPS should be well known to the drivers as well as the passengers. All
women should be well trained about the alarm buttons that is designed for the security of
women. The company have increased a number of fleet so that in times of heavy demand of
the cars. The comfort Delgro is having low priced compared to other companies. This makes
the car stand in an advantageous position (Dhar, 2015).
Based on the findings this can be suggested that the there has been a need of the
supply of an adequate information on the mobile app to the customers. The information
should be provided to the customers so that they do not hesitate to use the service of the
company. The extra facility provided by the company includes the alarm buttons that is
placed in the cars which is an advantage for the customers. The report includes the efforts
taken by the company to ensure the training is in line with the strategy objectives formed by
the company. By doing a detailed analysis it was found that the company follows a
systematic and structural pattern.
3. Functional Analysis
The task analysis is in relation to an organization that helps the company to add the
profit. The Comfort Delgro Ltd needs to take efforts to design certain training programs for
certain drivers that are necessary in the fields of technology. This industry completely deals
with the technology and therefore it is important for the company to train all the drivers to

apps. The training must include the lending of proper behavior of the drivers. They should
care about the requirement of the passenger that would help in building a great brand for the
company (Phillips & Phillips, 2016). On the account of being found that the environment is
deterministic apart from the actions of other agents then it can be said that the environment is
strategic. Exploring the literature can help to a great extent in understanding the processes.
The pattern should be noticed and effort should be made to resolve the issue that can help in
saving the time and money of the company (Zeidler, 2013). Proper reasoning should be
made use of by the company that would be valuable to the employer. A standard solution can
be provided for a specific problem but deciding on the appropriate solution requires a great
amount of real thinking. Brainstorming can also be made use of in order to find the solution
and it is generally accompanied by creativity along with that of team building. Another area

workers of the organization. Perfect co-ordination in relation to the different departments is
important for this kind of car services and the communicative abilities should be taught to the
workers of Comfort Delgro. After completing the course, the participants will be capable of
identifying the skills that are transferable from that of teaching to that of learning. The
problems can be analysed and solutions can be provided that will enable effective
presentation of input. A constructive feedback can be delivered to the trainees. The training
materials can be evaluated for the trainees belonging to different experiential level. The
training along with that of learning needs analysis can help in understanding how technology
can be used in order to improve the working experience. With the help of the organisational
