Assessment of the Training Program
The training program is a very complex task as the tutors are required to identify the individual
learning capabilities and need to design the program in alignment to the same. The training goals
and objectives needs to be established in a relevant manner in order to evaluate the achievement
of the same. Hence, it is important for the tutors and trainers to stylise various approaches and
model in order to evaluate and monitor their own -performances so that necessary changes and
modifications can be applied to the same (Glanville,Hemsworth and Coleman, 2020). This will
help in the enrichment of the teaching skills and will also provide necessary advantage to the
trainers in the accomplishment of training objectives effectively and efficiently. In order assess
the training and development process, the competency model was taken into consideration. The
respective model was selected by me in order to identify as well as assess the level of
competency in relation with providing the training to the prospective learners. The model
comprises various elements that all together defines the performance of individuals in a given set
of environment. I facilitated self assessment attributes in order to gain sights abut the degree of
extent to which I was able achieve the teaching objectives formulated by me. It is a model that
allows the individuals and trainer to look upon the various aspects through which they would
have enhanced their performance. It facilitates the trainers and tutors with the opportunities
through which they can conduct their self evaluation in their respective field of work so as to
identify how good they are and what all necessary implementations they need to undertake in
order to alleviate the overall training procedure. Through the utilisation of the competency
model, I realised that was quite effective in my performance delivery and I was able to achieve
the majority of training goals efficiently. I was able to capture the attention of the learners and
gave my best potential in order to enhance their understanding about the important concepts and
theories.
Strengths
It is very necessary and significant for the trainer to identify their areas of strength as the
improvisation in the same can provide greater leverages and benefits to the trainer in their
respective career (Strong et.al, 2020). The respective training and development process helped
me to work upon my communication and interaction skills. It helped me gain the necessary self
confidence in expressing my view points in front of large number of audience without any stress

and anxiety. My time management skills have enhanced and accelerated due to the training
process as I has to achieve the training targets before the set deadlines and this helped to manage
my time in an efficient manner as well.
The scope for improvement
The respective training process has helped to identify that I am not so comfortable in working
within teams and groups. Being a trainer, it is very essential for me to handle the teams in a
productive manner so that smooth coordination can facilitated within the team members. I also
need to focus upon the conflict management skills so as to find the appropriate resolution in
order to solve the existing issues and concerns within the learner. The respective practice will
further lead to more cooperation and acceptance among the learners and can facilitate in their
professional as well as personal growth and development.
