Introduction:
Training is one of the most effective ways in which proper structure of the organization
can be maintained and the challenges arising in the organization can be resolved. With proper
training, efficiency of the organization can be enhanced.
Organizational Constraints:
As mentioned before, the following organization constraints have been identified using the pro
active approach in the:
Improper structure: For the development of the student in any sector of education,
maintaining a proper organizational structure is very important. In the Herzing
University, United States, no proper organizational structure.
Under developed system of feedback: feedback helps in identifying the areas where the
development is needed. There was no feedback system in the organization which can
helps in the development of the areas which are neglected.
Biased teachers: The teachers’ practices favoritism. This is the process by which the
teacher differentiates few students amongst the other to who they give more attention.
The weaker students are often left off here. This results in the poor performance in all the
sectors of the education.
Identification of the trainees:
For the improvement of the organization, the following people have to be trained:

Management: The management plays a vital role in the development and betterment of the
organization. Hence, in case of the organizational structure, the management have to aware of
the facts and thus they should be trained (Aydemir, 2018).
Human Resource Management team: The HRM team should be trained to take step against the
biasing that is affecting the performance of the students in the university.
Performance Management team: this team should be trained for evaluating the performance of
the student and the teachers of the organization such that each individual plays their own role
correctly in the organization. The performance team should effectively collect feed backs for
analysis of the process and the performance of the employees and the organization as well
(Mahomed & Rothmann, 2019).
Purpose Statement:
The purpose of this training program is to design a technique that can help in the
development of Herzing University in terms of students’ and teachers’ performances in the
educational sector.
Learning theory:
In the field of the education, there are five main learning theories, and they are:
Behaviorism, design/brain based humanism, constructivism, cognitive, and lastly the skills of
contemporary learning process. For this research we will consider all these theories.
Training objectives:
To restore the structure of the organization.
To develop the performance of the educational sector by removing biased teachers.

To collect feedback and measure performance of the individuals of the university.
Training delivery methods:
The training delivery methods used for the purpose of this university’s development are:
Group discussion: the management has to bring together and a proper group discussion
has to be done regarding the issues of the organization (Cătălin, Marian & Ileana, 2017).
Animations and info graphics can be used for the purpose of the training as well.
The training will take place in the conference hall of the university.
The guidelines used for the training process:
Introduction of the training purpose.
Explanation of the organizational structure.
Explanation of the roles of the facilitator.
Introduction to the processes of the system.
Setting up the ground rules of the training (Zahoor, Muhammad, & Ali, 2019).
In order to start a proper group discussion, the above mentioned process can be followed. This is
a systematic way of approaching towards a problem.
Conclusion:
Training and education is an important part of the life of an individual. Thus with the appropriate
training, the challenges that are being faced by the student of the Hezing University can be fixed.
With proper performance enhancing program a better performance can be obtained from the
university students of the university as well.
