1. Executive Summary
Imposing new legislations within the existing processes and laws of the organization is
capable of affecting the overall functioning of the organization. This report emphasizes on the
issues and influences caused to the fiction organization ‘Best Care’ because of the introduction
of the new legislations within the existing system. The expected time and budget for the
implementation and training to the employees will be six weeks and $ 10,000. Application of the
PRINCE2 methodology will be helpful in delivering the proposed solution in an effective and
sequential manner considering every sector and aspect of the project. This report concludes that
new legislations is capable of affecting the overall functioning of the organization and its
processes however; proper planning and effective management can lead to the successful
deployment of the legislations resulting in the efficiency on the output of this imposing.

legislation and accept it as a part of the organization that can be helpful in boosting the
operational activities of the organization. Training allows the staffs to look the matter from
different ways and from different perspective, and indulge in a program where several members
will express their point of view on the same context. A time taking process has not any benefit in
the current situation as the output can only be measured after successful accomplishment.
2.3 Potential Risks
There are numbers of risks associated with the development of a training program that
includes less number of employees attending program, escalation in the schedule, less effective
training materials, lack of contribution by the trainer, lack of formal contracting, and lack of
