Trait theory of leadership is one which explains that
individual is compose of different set of predisposition
attributes which are traits. These traits can be distinguishable
and also be considered as long lasting quality of a person
which helps them to differentiate them from others. There are
two main theories in this including Allport's Trait theory and
Cattell trait theory.
