Project is to be performed as per commencement of collaboration among Nigerian
National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Algerian national oil and Gas Company. In the

Background
Project is to be performed as per commencement of collaboration among Nigerian
National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Algerian national oil and Gas Company. In the
year of 2009, NNPC and Sonatrach got aligned in commencing of pipeline project. The

feasibility of entire process is performed as per commencement of business management system.
It is expected that the entire business management will start its initiation phase via Warri region
that is present in Nigeria. The volume of pipeline is expected to be carrying natural gas worth 30
billion cubic meters. The span of pipe is estimated to be 48 to 56 inches. It is estimated that
pipeline will be processing from year 2015. NNPC and Sonatrach are major investors and
partners of project. It is expected 90% of total project shares are owned by NNPC and Sonatrach.
Niger is considered to be having a 10% of total shares of project. The consideration that are
processed in this venture includes nations namely Nigeria, Niger and Algeria. The direction of
processing is about South north direction. The initiation of project will start from location of
Warri that is located in Nigeria. The end point of project will be based in Hassi R Mel that is
based in Algeria. The type of gas that is dealt with in this scenario is natural gas. The partners of
project includes likes of Sonatrach, NNPC and Government of Niger. The length of pipeline that
is to be framed will be 4128 kilometers. The maximum discharge pipe will be able to provide
includes 30 billion cubic meter per year. In 1st phase main aim that is to be provided includes
processing pipeline will be serving e Europe. The funding process is divided in 2 parts, namely
beginning of grapple as per the corruption that is present in energy sector and other subheading
