Introduction
The main and the primary motive has been to identify 80 job advertisements for the 4
members in the group along with 8 job positions for the core development of the study. The
main subject matter of the study is to evaluate and analyse the job advertisements and thus
delivering core information and knowledge regarding the transferable skills of the employers
and employees. In this study, the primary data and the secondary data have been collected for
demonstrating the importance of the transferable skills within the organizational culture
(Miller, BrckaLoren & Nelson Laird, 2016). In the case of the prior collection of the primary
data, 50 correspondents have been chosen for the study. The literature review of the study has
been prepared with the help of the secondary data.

Description of the term Transferrable Skills
According to Malik & Setiawan (2015), it can be observed that the Transferrable Skills are
one of the important elements that should be acquired by an employee while working in his
professional spectrum. The Transferrable Skills are relevant and they also accept a huge
range of skills and abilities which are also useful to them in their different spheres of life. On
the other hand, Transferrable Skills are often known as Portable skills. In the professional
recruitments of multinational organizations, the recruitment team or the managers often opt
for the job seekers who have high Transferrable Skills in them. On the other hand,
Sumarwati, Yunos & Ibrahim (2017), has added that the transferable skills can be developed
by an individual in their college and school life and they implement the same learning in their
workplace for earning better opportunities.
Identification of the transferrable skills along with its importance
According to Hart (2019), it can be noted that there are many transferable skills that are
adopted by the working professionals for enhancing their performance within the
organizational culture. The development of the business strategy is one of the noted
Transferrable Skills, which helps to convert a small business company into a multinational
firm within a restricted time frame. The business strategy also involves some of the important
goals, actions and plans which helps a small entity to grow and explore the market by selling
their products at every corner of the country. On the other hand, Bolton & Rosselli (2017),
has explained that leadership and the team management is one of the important Transferrable
Skills that are integrated and accepted by diverse employees and managers in the workplace.
This skill helps the organization in meeting diverse goals with the help of the team
management techniques and skills along with solving problems, resolving conflicts, coaching
others and implementing decisions at the same point of time (Sumarwati, Yunos & Ibrahim,
2017).
As stated by Bolton & Rosselli (2017), it can be noticed that the teamwork ability of the
employees is also one of the core elements of the Transferrable Skills and without the
teamwork, an organization will never grow in the external market phenomenon. Within the
