Introduction
Leadership is referred as an act of leading a particular group of people
or a company. Good leaders set direction and develops an inspiring
vision that helps in developing something new and accomplishing
success. They direct their team members and provide them with the
right path to accomplish organisational as well as individual goals.
This presentation is based on analysis of leadership styles or skills of
Jeff Bezos and the role that leadership play in accomplishing overall
success of Amazon.

Leadership is the process which are adopted
by executive and top level management of
an organization for guiding directing and
influencing the behaviour of all the
employees working in the company towards
the common objectives that is
accomplishment of specific goal of the
company or the given situation.

organization a success is transformational leadership style. This is a
theory of leadership where the leaders work with their team members
in order to identify the areas and different regions in which change is
required. Once these areas are identified then a vision is created by
the leaders to guide the employees by inspiring them and executing
