Benefits of Transformational Leadership in different areas
Transformation leader is beneficial in the area of enhancing productivity as the leader can
easily inspire the staff to be more productive and work towards the goals of the company. It is
difficult for the leader to resolve the conflict issues as the employee come from different
background but transformational leadership style helps to resolve the conflict. Effective
organization structure and culture were also beneficial for the company in terms of employee
retaining and achieve high success in the market (Root, 2018).
Counter productivity
It is observed that the implementation of transformational leadership at the workplace
enhances the productivity of the employee. It is observed that the transformation leader always
encourage or motivate their team so that they perform well their performance. Enhancing the
productivity of employees get high revenue in return that is considered as the counterproductive
for an organization. Due to the effective or efficient organization culture, the company enhances
its brand image in the market just because of retaining the employees for a long time (Margolis,
& Stoltz, 2010).
Implementation
It has been found that confidence, loyalty, hard work, and inspiration develop the
personality of the leader. The transformational leadership style has the skills of motivation,
solving problems, and understanding of goals (Bennis, & Thomas, 2002). Managers of the
company can implement the transformational leadership style while he has these skills at the
workplace to develop an effective workplace. The manager has to be clam or keep patience while
solving conflict so that the healthy environment develops at the workplace due to which
productivity enhance at the international level (Hein, 2013).
