Appearance and beauty are consider as major aspects of women’s lives, in regardless of era.
As changing that will slow and less prominent in the global marketplace. However, it will
change the style and trends through cosmetology, accessories, clothing style as well as hair style
throughout times which uncover much more than skin deep history. The essay will identify
different level of education and skill set of employee within cosmetic industry. The
documentation will produce the aesthetic practitioner with advanced treatment skill based on the
strong understanding, consultation and communication with Aesthetician. In order to motivate
for beauty therapists to become Aestheticians.

How they made a transition to higher education.
Every nurse have experienced a turning point from being student nurse. Therefore, nurses
require to adapt to change if identity, responsibilities, roles and new environment. In particularly
when switching from protected environment. Transition is based on the process of changing one
state or condition from another one (Alexander, 2018). However, it may vary the adaption
among individuals.
Furthermore, the transition from student nurse to register that can be fraught with many
emotions. At that time, it can be time when new graduates are questioning everything from their
capability, ability whether they made right career. As per identified that nurse they are working
with another wards. The transition period is mainly described by nurse as complete reality. It is
the common thing for new nurse when they feel insecure and unsure ability to be registered as
nurse. It has been arise so many issue which only sever to add feeling, anxiety (Barreiras, 2020).
The transition experience hence serves as decisive factor which is potentially driving their
professional commitment in their nursing careers. Sometimes, experience of nurse clash between
their realities of professional as well as idealist opinion. Indeed, nurse’s feeling give rise to
negative transition experience.
After moving from graduate nurse to transition of staff nurse. There are several obstacle
faced such as stress when they can from clinical placements, academic assignment and
insufficient time. It automatically increased the stress level (Tambo, Almeer & Alshamrani,
2016).. Their stress as qualified nurse come from excessive workload in the ward. It can be
expressed as a challenges in managing and prioritizing routine work. It will faced the heavy

workload in the first months. A stressful working environment with inadequate support from
HRM and other staff members. Many nursing graduates express difficulty in developing
relationship with management. Nurses expect to adapt and learn new things but sometimes they
fail to meet their own satisfaction level. In additional, they are discouraged when they can find
any type of variance between practice as well as theory.
Identify the different levels of education and skill sets of employment within cosmetic industry.
Employability is based on the concept that mainly define as propensity for graduates to
secure their own job and progress in their career development (Chiari-Andréo & et.al., 2019).
Employability has been considered set of achievement, skills, knowledge, personal attributes and
understanding which always make an individual more likely to gain employment. In order to
successful start the career within cosmetic industry.
A career as a beautician which requires for completing the approved training program,
certification from recognised education institution. Beauty professional mainly offering personal
care service in order to enhance the physical appearance. It usually complete their training before
taking proper license. When people to step up their career from beauty therapist but it’s not easy
transform into become as Aesthetician (Goldstein, Chu & Stappert, 2018). The success will be
identified through individual determination. In cosmetic industry. It is very demanding with
recruit more and more profession enter into market. They also provide the offer for non-surgical
procedures and make real success in the competition marketplace. With extra training 6 to 8
month of beauty therapist that can progress future in career with Aesthetician. In order to
increase their potential to train in various type of non-surgical cosmetic process (Tambo, Almeer
& Alshamrani, 2016). Once obtaining all essential qualification that always give priorities to
become as medical Aesthetician. In order to keep update with new development as per
discussion with consultation.
Furthermore, it has more chances to enhance the career rom Aesthetician to cosmetic
Nurse. It is mainly depending on the skills set whereas how they can easily adapt new thing and
acquire knowledge (Tambo, Almeer & Alshamrani, 2016).. In another way, if person can have
qualification related in the field of cosmetic so that they can become cosmetic nurse within 3-
4years. Sometimes, it depends on their skills which always support for achieving personal goal
and objective (Middleton, Turnbull & de Oliveira, 2019). However, there are different skill sets
between an Aesthetician, Cosmetic Nurse and a Beauty Therapist. Working within cosmetic

industry that can increase chances of quick learning skills which being promoted faster. Whereas
it is gaining employment for large company that will appeal to get promotion from beauty
therapist to cosmetic nurse. Aesthetician involves creativity, communication and learning skills
because they are performed various task to improve their abilities within organization.
Understand the recent history of cosmetic industry and identify areas that have regulation or non-

The pursuit of beauty that can achieve through cosmetics, virtually timeless as well as
enduring endeavour. It can be utilised cosmetic product to enhance physical appearance, external

Apart from that Beauty Therapists making the transition to study and become
Aesthetician which require the practices of beautification and understand specialized field such
as hair colorist, nail technician and make artist. Sometimes, it effects on the culture or
environment in order to difficult for adapt new things. Aesthetician specialize and helping client
achieve flawless skin care (Tambo, Almeer & Alshamrani, 2016). An education study always
support for beauty therapists to learn different style, trends so that they always helping in further
career enhancement.
A set of skills, knowledge and learning capabilities always motivate the Beauty
Therapists to become Aestheticians. It can easily adapt the new things which always develop
self-improvement to achieve significant goal and objective. When a person is trying to make
transition from beauty therapy to Aesthetics which require to gain employment within cosmetic
industry (Tambo, Almeer & Alshamrani, 2016).. Training and development session also
motivate to review and update with high standards in task performance. Therefore, it become
easier to move towards transition from beauty therapist into Aesthetician.
