retail sector. The result of this research paper are supported with the help of various references
and will help to understand the topic in a better sense. According to the book of Laudon and
Traver (2016), it helps to provide knowledge about the global e-commerce spectrum. With the
help of financial and empirical data also using some of the relevant concepts it shows the
emergence of the e-commerce business model and how it is shaping the economic and social life
of the people not just in Australia but around the world. The works or assessment of these
