INTRODUCTION
Project Management can be understood as an activity of serving functions which needs to
be done while overseeing organisational performance. This makes the utilization of certain
knowledge, skills, techniques as well as tools to be exploited for various aims and create
productivity within the business. The project development practices are exploring software for
intensifying business processes, reliefs efforts, building construction and many more (Adam,

activities. This assignment is based on the Transport for London which constructs some land i.e.
Bollo Lane with an intent to build 800 new homes in the place of Acton. In this assignment, it
contains initiation, network diagram, analysis of stakeholders, work breakdown structure as well
as risk analysis that aids to rise productivity.
TASK 1
Methodologies
A project plan can be understood as the process of documenting and integrating the
activities that utilized by range of people in order to accomplish organisational objectives. The
key agenda behind this project is to make homes which has good structure and events are
organised successfully that will support to enhance the reputation of business. In case of TFL,
various methodologies can be utilised by the company:
Waterfall: This can be discussed as framework or methodology that exploited by
individuals in their tasks or projects such as construction, manufacturing or engineering that
grants benefits of the end results of the project. It is consist with various phases such as
requirement, implementation of design, verification, along with maintenance. In addition to
given company, it uses the stage of requirement to analyse the product needs while making
homes, in order to design the project, software architecture is exploited and accordingly oversees
each activity. In the phase of verification stages, raw materials and products are should be
verified and succeed each functions. The last phase is maintenance which is exploited to
maintain each function and project in the most effective way. This can support in building
profitability and productivity by following each software and stage.

SCRUM: This methodology is exploited in the creating the software and serve value to
the clients while constructing any project. This is used to work jointly after making group and
handling their work. It is found on the basis of three key principles such as transparency,
adaption as well as inspection that aids to finish the activity. In the stage of transparency, TFL
can catch inputs, outputs as well as course of development process. The inspection stage focuses
on getting feedback on certain project (Bashir, Ojiako and Garbie, 2019). Lastly, the adaption is
based on bringing changes in context of project. It aids in build the business case while keeping
performance on top.
TASK 2
Network diagram
This is graphical form of representation done with the support of computer or any
software program. It is essential in the project planning to decide on project and make network
diagram by addressing all the phases of project related to making homes. In case of current
