Introduction
Project management is one of the effective techniques to achieve better standards for
managing higher standards in the project industry. There are different techniques and
procedure to achieve use of project resources to work effectively into the market and manage
the resources in more applicable organisation. Within the report, operational working at
Transport of London is being used for completing to create the road projects for creating
safer, greener and more attractive streets in different manner for improve entire section in the
networks across the London (Cabral Dias and Gomes Ribeiro, 2021). In this report, analysis
of project firm’s objective and outcome, network diagram will be discuss. In addition to that
stakeholder’s analysis, identification of different risk, working with WBS, Gantt chart and

improve entire to achieve across the network in London (Chan, Oerlemans and Meslec,
2021). The key methodologies which has been focused in this project are;
Agile: In this given methodology, it is considered that it is one of the best suited
approach for being engaged in the self-organised working and different cross
functional team. In the given context, transport for London is actually providing safer,
greener and more attractive streets to work in more effective and entire way of
collection across the nation. Therefore, it is very important for the reflecting social

helpful for company’s management, result in identification, finally the comprehension use of
the stakeholders. It will be helpful for the growth of the company and their management team
to finish the work to work efficiently to complete task.
High Power and High interest: It has been including these personnel, management
is able to work and perform to complete their task with more efficiently. There are
some basic growth to work appropriately at the stage in the project of transport of
