Introduction
Project management is one of the effective techniques to achieve better standards for
managing higher standards in the project industry. There are different techniques and
procedure to achieve use of project resources to work effectively into the market and manage
the resources in more applicable organisation. Within the report, operational working at
Transport of London is being used for completing to create the road projects for creating
safer, greener and more attractive streets in different manner for improve entire section in the
networks across the London (Cabral Dias and Gomes Ribeiro, 2021). In this report, analysis
of project firm’s objective and outcome, network diagram will be discuss. In addition to that
stakeholder’s analysis, identification of different risk, working with WBS, Gantt chart and
network design is being highlighted.

Project methodology define the process of a critical path that will convey the progress
within the project industry is the most concise and appropriate manner. Most of the
methodology is helpful for dedicated to derive in different manner and work on the basis of
maximum advantage within the project. Within the given project, it has been analyse that the
main aim and objective of the project is to create safer, greener and more attractive streets to
improve entire to achieve across the network in London (Chan, Oerlemans and Meslec,
2021). The key methodologies which has been focused in this project are;
 Agile: In this given methodology, it is considered that it is one of the best suited
approach for being engaged in the self-organised working and different cross
functional team. In the given context, transport for London is actually providing safer,
greener and more attractive streets to work in more effective and entire way of
collection across the nation. Therefore, it is very important for the reflecting social
perspective of the firm in the growth of organisational to expose in different
multinational aspects for the growth of methodology will be worked in different
manners.
 Waterfall: Second methodology will work and make state to achieve effective
operations towards the organisational growth in an effective ways. This methodology
is mainly focus on the continuous working and more effective practise for different

level in project task arrangement (Cocconcelli and Medda, 2021). It will be helpful
for making an determination of worker’s retention period during the project
management time and replace with the individuals to work and manage the task as per
the different manners and it will remains same.

projects. Stakeholder’s management utilised to create the long term aspects for play a vital

helpful for company’s management, result in identification, finally the comprehension use of
the stakeholders. It will be helpful for the growth of the company and their management team
to finish the work to work efficiently to complete task.
 High Power and High interest: It has been including these personnel, management
is able to work and perform to complete their task with more efficiently. There are
some basic growth to work appropriately at the stage in the project of transport of
London are working effectively within the management and positions of the leaders.
The people who are map in this stage are known as the investor and they have high
interest and power to the company.
 High power and low interest: The people who have high power to change the

helpful for Customers of the company. However, it is because the employees are less
engage with the activities of the project but they have high interest to gain the

From the above report, it has been concluded that project management is one of the
vital role play within the department and it has been able to manage better customer services
and produced in an effective ways. with the use of effective considerations and stakeholder’s
analysis, risk mitigation plan and different preparations are considered of WBS and network
designs that can be helpful for most challenging in an appropriate manner. It will be helpful
for considering the path and make attainment to desire the project by achieving goals in
different ways related to goals and objectives.
As the team is engaged in project operations for the transport for London, is needed
some recommendations some of them are related to make higher efficiency in the project:
 Research should be needed to complete in regular intervals.
 Using digital technologies in the major project management for reducing the
complexities in order to achieve tasks.

 Some of the major decision making process to ensure with different risk assessment
by participative in the project industry in different manners (Sergeeva and Davies,
2021).
 Having knowledge of the activities and basic growth to analyse systematic
achievement in major challenges while working over the project.
