investment (Szreder, Walentynowicz and Sycz, 2019).
Audience- They are the invitees for the event which are given low power and have least

which are essential to complete first to achieve organisational goal. Here, work is divided into
smaller components and divided to employees related to their specialization. This will help the
company to specifically focus on each component of the task carefully so that they will not miss
any component of work which can impact badly upon project management. Work Breakdown

upon the company’s success (Lauren and Schreiber, 2018). Here, are few risks and the way of
mitigating them for conducting event successfully-
no. Risk Effect Possibility Mitigation
1 Financial Risk high low Preparing a budget and ensuring that all the
activities will be conducted within that
particular budget will help the company to
mitigate financial loss. On the other hand,
consulting to financial experts for preparing

their activities effectively.
2 Managing heavy high High It is essential for the event manager to

crowd at event venue manage the crowd of event effectively. For
this company must make sure that they will
aware the event manager about estimated
number of crowd for their event. This will
help them to manage sitting areas
effectively for the crowd.
3 Weather low high It might be possible that the bad weather
will impact the event indirectly. It impacts
indirectly because venue place is well
maintained. Hence, bad weather will not
impact the audience inside the hall but the
guest which is travelling from other place
to reach the venue can be impacted badly.
This can be mitigated by deciding venue
date after predicting good weather by
weather reports.
TASK 6
Quality expectation and quality specification
It is essential for every event manager to organise such type of event which will fulfil
their audience expectations. Every audience expect that the event will meet their expectation and
they are having high expectation for cleanliness of the hall, good musical instruments, good
lightening and appropriate sitting area (San Cristóbal and et. al., 2019). Here, event manager can
manage and control the activities during the event for making it attractive. It is suggested that the
event will get promoted well on social media and they can also send the information about event
personally to their invitees to generate interest for the event. Providing appropriate security to the
event to control any conflict or unwanted activities by between audiences is essential to fulfil
