INTRODUCTION
Project management is defined as activity that uses by individual for specific knowledge, tools
and techniques, skills and managing information. This is important for each organization to
understand what is running in environment and how thing is going on, so that task will be
manage accordingly. Project management is the application of methods, processes, knowledge
and experience of individual and group of people that used to achieve project objectives
effectively. The current project is all about road project to create safer, greener, and most
attractive streets as well as improving entire bus network across London (Diop, Scheren and
Niang, 2021). The project will be start from 27th of September 2021 to 12th November 2021. The
current project convers project methodologies, network diagram, stakeholder analysis, WBS and
risk assessment.

Task 1
Methodologies
According to case scenario, TFL is appointed to construct Land along with Bollo Lane for
the purpose of creating more than 800 new home in Acton. This is a given assignment where
number of activities and functions are allocated between employees as per their skills that
supports to complete the project timely. The objectives of project are to celebrating the 40th
anniversary of G&S Society and to unveil TfL strategic direction. To complete this task different
methodology being used by researcher or project management in relation to TFL. This is
important for project management is to understand the given assignment properly and give their
contribution to finish the work. The description of methodologies defined below:
Several methodologies which could be taken into consideration for performing given
project activities that relates to TFL. The given methodologies are chosen in respect with taking
considerations of project nature and scope: Agile – This could be explained as software development strategy that related to any
project for developing attractive ideas and performing the activities effectively. In other
words, agile is a methodology of determining project activities in efficient manner that
could help to increase the business performance. TFL will use this method to developing
the ideas and managing all activities (Gould, 2020).

Waterfall – This is an internal process or methodology that highlights very little on the
end user and involve clients with a project. The main purpose of using waterfall model is
to help internal teams in moving appropriately via different phases of projects. This is
used by project management by dividing work as per linear sequential phases that make
sure interest of shareholders is protected by them. This could develop business activities
and functions with the help of software. This is relevant for given project as maintains
better working standards in project and fulfil stakeholders needs that supports to deve

Network diagram – Network diagram refers to visual representation of computer or
telecommunication network that related to activities, needs to perform effectively and manage all
functions. The current project is about building more homes and develop the brand image in
changing environment. The management of chosen organization understand needs of their
customers and construct homes accordingly which supports to accomplish the business goals.
Come to current project, network diagram is prepared by project managers that ensures
individuals that all resources are collected by reducing wastages that supports to develop
organizational productivity. The management used this model to ensure low wastages and high
productivity that supports maintain higher performance (Greenbaum and Kyng, 2020).

Stakeholder Analysis is defined as important practice of assessing system and bringing
potential changes for the purpose of making effective decisions. This is important for each
industry to use stakeholder analysis as it helps to understand what needs to bring in market and
how activities should be manage to complete the project. In other words, it is a technique used by

individual to make effective decisions and develop organizational activities. In this, organization
get exposure or views from number of stakeholders by developing strategies that supports to
keep effective workplace. In relation to current project, TFL formulated a stakeholder analysis
for completing their event stated below:
High power high interest - This means people or group of individual is having high
power and high interest in organisation’s operations that keep records of all activities and
functions which needs to be done. In relation to current project, government is
considering as great stakeholders as it has power and interest to interfere in each activity
that supports to complete timely (Kabir and et.al., 2020).
High power low interest – This means stakeholder that possess high power and low
interest in operation working and supports to complete task. In relation to celebrating
event of constructing homes, investors and owner of project is categorised that has power
to take part in business meeting and keep their opinions to grow business.
Low power high interest – This segment is related to low power and high interest that
are not allowed to take part in any decision making activities. In relation to current
project organiser and employees are categorised to this aspect as they work for getting
remuneration but not allowed to share their views.
Low power low interest – This component of stakeholder matrix showcase individual
and people who belongs to low power and low interest that directly affects business

industry. In relation to current project, customers or clients is having low power and
interest in any project. In case prices of any products and services increased then it will
be challenging for people to manage the business effectively (Kavanagh and et.al., 2020).
Task 4
WBS
WBS is a structure and method of organising and completing work in relation to a project
that increases the business performance. It has seen that there are many activities in a project that
needs to complete effectively by managing all functions so that it breaks in to smaller sections
which supports to complete the projects. This is a structure of showcasing activities and building
strong relationship between managers and employees who is working at the workplace. The
current project is about celebrating an event of completing project and becoming leading
organization in the changing environment that supports to develop business activities. The
project manager plays very important role as it understands project and allocate activities in to
smaller sections by dividing working between employees that benefited of completion project
and attaining objectives. This can help to develop the business activities and managing each
functions by skilled people (McSherry, Rykkje and Thornton, 2021).

While doing any project and task it is important to know upcoming risk that might be arises and
