Study Proposal
1. Personal learning philosophy for the course
The personal learning philosophy based on which I aim to undertake the studies is largely
based on constructivism which is considerably based on the fact that I do not believe in engaging
in just theoretical references but instead like to base my learning on practical examples as well
(Mattar, 2018). Hence, with respect to this, I intend to integrate theories with examples to gain
knowledge throughout the course.
2. Intent of my study
The intent of my study lies in improving my theoretical knowledge so that I am easily
able to ensure successful implementation and the workplace and that I am able to gain a good
score at the end of the semester and to ensure that I can gain considerable knowledge about the
regulations related to Infrastructure and Transport regulations (Raaijmakers et al., 2018). I have a
goal to gain adequate knowledge about various road transportation guidelines, policies and
frameworks.
3. Key points of investigation
The key points of investigation that I aim to undertake in the studies has been to
investigate into the Legislations, Acts and Regulations relating to transport and also investigate
into various case studies relating to taxes, insurance and tolls to strengthen my knowledge (Core,
2017).
4. Capabilities to be developed throughout the study
I aim to develop the following capabilities. I will be required to gain Knowledge
capability with which I aim to gain knowledge about the laws and other calculation of costs as

well as taxes. Secondly, I aim to gain communication skills so as to ensure that I am successfully
able to fulfill my objectives.
5. Process for a collaborative team
The different steps in the process are as follows. Firstly, ensuring that communication
prevails so that the assignment of various goals and tasks can take place (Alumur, Kara & Melo,
2015). Moreover, ensuring long term success at the workplace so that the cooperation between
the team members foster. Lastly, another vital step is to see to it that the different members of the
team are open about their difficulties.
6. Inquiry process
The inquiry process has been planned to be adopted may comprise of understand the class
lectures. Through this I will gain knowledge about the subject by attending various class lectures
and gaining adequate notes on the same. Secondly, a study plan needs to be formed which shall
help in ensuring that I will be able to implement my objectives accordingly. Moreover, will solve
doubts regarding certain topics and at last, I intend to implement my plan to learn and get good
grades.
