INTRODUCTION
Service of a company is influence by various social and cultural factor of an organization
and country (Bolt, 2013). Here according to case Mary face various issues when she use cab
services of Better Transportation Company (BTC). Below is discussion of issues and problems
face by Mary.
MAIN BODY
a. What specific social and cultural factors must be considered in your client’s case that might
affect her use of transportation services
There are various factors which affect transportation services of a client, some major of
them are in context of Mary situation is describe below-
Income: Mary's financial condition is not very strong that she book alternative transport
because respective company charge cancellation fee and other cab service provider are
expensive as compare to BTC.
Irresponsible behaviour of Drivers: Mary face major issues due to behaviours of
drivers. This is so due to driver come late for pickup, sometime they forgot her and man y
other.
b. Regarding the larger transportation services in the geographic area: What social and cultural
factors will impact the use of transportation services
Their are certain social and culture factor which impact use of transportation services.
Some of the major factors are-
Facilities according to situation: By understanding case of Mary, the transportation
service provider company must pay concern to their clients situation. Such as they must
ask them about any special requirement like if a person is disable then they must provide
cab accordingly.
c. How will social and cultural factors influence and deliver message to each of the target
audiences
The transportation service provider company must develop culture in their organization
that they become customers oriented (Corin, 2017). They must socialised with their customers
and provide services according to their situation. Such as for those client who didn't understand
English company can provide them translator device which make easy journey for client and
driver.
CONCLUSION
Form above discussed topic it can be conclude that their are certain social and cultural
factor which develop issue for customers. To solve this a company can develop their facilities by
considering clients feedback and conditions.
