thereby assigning the suitable vehicle for the activity. The research will be helping to enhance
the planning attributes in an individual before undertaking the activities. The research will be
helping to assess the different risks that might be faced by the organization while undertaking the
prescribed activities. The research will be helping to gain a positive insight of the planning phase
and thereby assess the different risks that might be faced by the organization while operating as
per the needs of the customers. On the other hand, the identification of the regulations that are
imposed by the Government related to the public safety at road, which is an important
consideration for undertaking the smooth functioning of the relocation activity.
1.2 Intent of the study
The intent of undertaking the study is based on assessing the different planning attributes
relating to resource allocation and assessment of different risks that might be considered by the
aforesaid organization while undertaking the relocation activities.

project. As per the case, Unique Transport Limited is looking forward to undertake relocation of
a four- bedroom house from Unitec building site to Wellford, Northland. The different
considerations that might be undertaken by the organization while operating on the relocation
activity is being enumerated as a part of the research. The different considerations that might be
undertaken by the organization in the planning phase will be helping the enterprise in
undertaking the smooth functioning of the processes.
The report will delve into the planning that might be considered by the management of
