INTRODUCTION
An concept of business consist of basic information of the services or
products, demographic target, USP that deliver an organisation benefit over
competitors. Through developing various strategies as well as accessing rivals, a
proper business plan can be developed in the marketplace (Arachchige, Weigand
and Jeusfeld, 2012). In this report, I am developing a business plan for venture
business proposal of a visit to Transylvanian, an historical Romania central

Reflection Report: After analysis of the various business elements in the canvas
plan of business, I found out that there are still some issues and obstacles which I will face
while establishing own enterprise. These issues can be incredible issues of finance as I
have felt issues of less funding which is the major issues as I have lack of resource investor
which can lead fall in business. Another barrier before execution of plan I found is viable
opportunity lack and revenues overestimation. Also the less clear route of market in
Transylvanian will lead to lack of resources and proper administration of travelling tour.
Other issues were no share objectives, less evidence of particle demands inconsistencies on
business plan etc. Through evaluating these issues and barrier, I can manage new changes

A business concept may involve the idea of new innovation or products or
a simple marketing or delivery approach in regard of existing products. I have
made a new proposal venture for the visit of Transylvania (Brandt and Hermann,
2013). The initial iterations of plan of business I developed through me for
getting response from the E-WP. It can avail the assistance in reviewing the
feedback of the self-discussion and peer group. It is essential to interact with the
other co-worker for the purpose of devising some alternation and modification in
the developed plan of visit to Transylvania according to the market place
requirements. The group of peer will reflect some of the essential issues that can

security services deal which the company is performing for the security of health
and life of their clients and consumer.

specifically defined the target audience which the enterprise is aiming. There are
various segments which consumers which organisation is aiming. In order to sale
the plan packages, this is essential for enterprise to determine properly their target
group and marketing tool to attract them.

Reflection Report: As per the required need of changes which was essential to make in
the business plan in order to meet the desired outcome and success of business plan of my
enterprise. This is essential for an organisation to make the changes according to the need and
changes in the environment which I found after the peer reflection properly. In the peer reflection
I found that my plan lack of safety and security for which I developed the plan more securely
along with few new guidelines. Also I found the more requirements in budget which led to more
expenses in the plan so this was required for enterprise to increase the amount of budget that in
have expanded to 35,000USD which is necessary to arrange. Thus, I need to develop and
enhance my sponsors and investor. I found the lack of skilled worker after the analysis along
with the realisation of high competition in the working environment.
Thus, new modified business plan was developed in which entire required amendments in
the business plan along with new requirements and source were made. This was a necessary step
that helped me in making the changes as well as realise me some more essential aspects of
business. Also this helped me analysing that through peer reflection, entire limitation and dearth
of qualities of plan can be identified easily. E-working party have assisted in managing retire
work through reviewing and providing suggestion over specific issues by undertaking research
and study. Transylvania is a better place to visit and roam which can be managed as a business
plan through undertaking these procedures which is essential for managing and forming an
enterprise. I am competing with large and small tour operators. The company is offering them
safety kit along with each travellers in case of missing, injured and emergency at the destination.
There are various financial changes which has been made in the system after the analyses of peer
reflection which is made by my enterprise. Though the enterprise is working on various
components which is working which organisation need to make according to funds and new

Human Pressure: This can be consider limitation of the plan or enterprise development
as there are various barrier while developing own entrepreneurial venture. One need to maintain
the elements of external environment and human pressure in order to meet the desired outcome
in effective manner. Though one side, the human pressure is creating obstruction in the evolution
process of Transylvania plan which I created for the enterprise venture. For managing this,
