determining, aggregating as well as assigning the project activities [4]. The figure that is
given below reflects on the cost that is needed for executing each of the phase of the project.
From the below figure, it is identified that around $8,760 is generally required in order to
execute the initiation phase whereas $7,760 is needed for executing the planning phase. In
addition to this, it is found that designing phase needs $2,960 whereas the implementation
phase needs $177,120.

4.7 Gantt chart and other planning details
Gantt chart is considered as one of the bar chart that helps in illustrating the schedule
of the project effectively. It is found that that the Gantt chart that is developed for the
implementation of Trash eating drone is generally reflected below. From the Gantt chart that
is provided below, it is planned that the entire project will get completed successfully within
the time period of 69 days within the budget that is assumed by the project manager before
the initiation phase of the project [6]. Moreover, the Gantt cart provides proper detail about
the time that is required for executing each of the activities of the project and generally
reflects on the dependencies of task in order to provide clear idea of task execution to the
project manager. The Gantt hart for the implementation of Trash eating drone is provided
below:
