Travel Agency Application Design: Wireframe and Justification

This assignment presents two distinct wireframe designs for a travel agency application, developed to meet the needs of a streamlined booking experience. The designs, created using a wireframe tool, showcase different approaches to user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for features such as flight searching, booking management, payment processing, and seat selection. The designs were created for an android tablet. The first design emphasizes a color scheme with three primary colors and excellent navigation, while the second design features a different color scheme. The student selected the first design as the preferred solution based on its superior color combination and navigation, making it more user-friendly. The assignment includes a justification for the design choices, along with a recommendation for further development. The student also references relevant literature to support the design decisions.

Justification of deign
The first design is developed based on android platform. The application would be
downloadable on the Tablets of the users and the application can be easily usable for the trip
booking and viewing the bookings. The design developed above includes 5 pages which includes
the major functionalities of the interface. The design mainly consists of three colors primarily
and two other background colors. The users would be able to login into the application using the
front page however they would also be able to login later during the booking. They would be
further able to filter their requirements and search for the latest deals on flight booking. In
addition to this, the users are also provided with the options to edit details of their booking and
would be provided with the payment options as per the requirement.
