INTRODUCTION
This research study includes discussion over impact of travel bloggers and vloggers on
travel industry. Travel industry refers to industry which solve specific problem related with
travelling of people and gives travel services to its customers. Bloggers refers to those people
who writes material for a blog. Vloggers are those who develop and design videos on blogs. In
this travel bloggers and vloggers are people whose content of blog in writing and on blog as
video is related with travelling (Tan and et.al., 2017). These people specifically post material
on their blogs related to various travelling destinations and what type of destinations are
suitable for which kind of people. This also includes giving suggestion to people what they
can visit at specific destination and related content. This study includes impact which these
bloggers and vloggers make on travel industry. The impact is definitely significant as people
nowadays are more specific related to their every decisoim and before planning their travel
they search various websites and blogs which can provide them suggestion about where they

company. This was founded in 1923 and operates under hospitality and tourism industry. This
company is headquartered at Hannover and Berlin, Germany. TUI serves and operates in
North America and Europe. The services and products of TUI includes Charter and Schedule
passanger airline, package holidays, cruise lines and hotel and resorts and cover the entire
travel and hospitality industry (RATILAINEN, 2017). Its products like holiday package and
hotel and resorts have been featured in this report. This company employs around 71000
employees. Its services package tour, holidays and vacations are most relevant with the topic
of this study which is impact of travel bloggers and vloggers on the tourism industry. These
services are mainly included in tourism industry.
Scope of the Study
The scope of the study is that it will accommodate readers with the impact which bloggers
travel bloggers make on the tourism industry.
Bloggers presently have become very influential people and who does not have to do any extra
efforts than their blogs to affect the decision of the travellers. There are some bloggers which
significantly affect the decision of travellers. This report also includes Vloggers and Vloggers

In relation with type of research there are two types of research which are quantitative and
qualitative.
For the purpose of this research the type which have been selected is Qualitative. The reason
behind this is that Qualitative research answers all the questions and clarify all the doubts
related to research topic while Quantitative research only provide numerical data related to
research.
Research Philosophy-
Positivism and Interpretivism these are two main types of research philosophy from which this
research includes Interpretivism research philosophy.
Positivism philosophy includes that research is approached on the basis of data collection and
development of hypothesis (Meredith and et.al., 2018). Later the hypothesis is tested and
confirmed which can be used for further research.
On the other hand Interpretivism philosophy includes elements of the study and this is why
this philosophy integrates human interest into a study.
For the purpose of this research interpretitvism philosophy have been selected as the research
includes analysis of the impact of bloggers and vloggers on the tourism industry and all these
are affected from humans and only interpretitvism can bring effective results for this research.
Research Approach
There are two approaches for research one is inductive and other is deductive. This
research includes inductive research approach. Inductive research is performed when there are
no theory to test. Deductive research includes testing the theories.
Data Collection
there are two methods of data collection one is primary data collection and other is secondary
data collection and technique which have been used for this is secondary data collection
technique. This technique is used in this because this is simple method for data collection and
literature review which is part of secondary data collection can provide enough material to
complete the research. Other than this method is less time and cost consuming as compared to
primary data collection method.

impact on the profitability of the tourism industry. This is because travel blog insist and
motivate people to travel and visit different places and customers of tour industry who can be
termed as travellers, get to know what value the travel can add in their life and life experience.
This increase the customers of the tour industry and the other manner in which tourism
industry get affected from bloggers that these are influential people and people like to follow
them. This increases customers and which in return increase profit of the tourism industry. But
on the other hand Marine-Roig, 2019 considers that due to travel blogging competition have
increased and this requires companies in the industry to make extra efforts to attract customers
and these extra efforts incur extra cost which negatively affect profitability of the tourism
industry.
What impact does travel bloggers and blogging make on travellers
As stated by Duffy and Mangharam, 2017 travellers have been greatly affected by the
bloggers and vloggers. These are influential people and people who are interested in travelling
check blogs and make plans for their next travel. Travellers when make plans for their tour
and travel what they need after that is assistance from tourism industry which can take them to
their desired destination. These desire to travel various destinations is aroused by the travel
bloggers and vloggers. While Yoo and Gretzel, 2016 says that many times different travel
bloggers and their vies confuse the travellers and as travellers like more information and in
search of that they get negatively affected. This is because more than needed and required
